Insurance has been my professional field for more than two decades. My interest extends beyond the wording of a policy or the design of a process: why does a team work well, where do operations get stuck and which decision will really make a difference?

I want to understand what causes a problem before choosing a solution. That takes facts, pointed questions and sometimes challenging an assumption. An actionable outcome matters more to me than a persuasive presentation.

My work connects insurance expertise with leadership, consultancy, project management and change. Depending on the assignment, I analyze, contribute hands-on, guide a team or coordinate execution.

I work directly and systematically. We clarify what is needed, who is responsible and what information is still missing. That makes it possible to progress without presenting uncertainty as fact.

AI is a serious field of work for me: not just using it, but also understanding and assessing it. My insurance background helps me evaluate specialist output and translate a work process into a suitable application.

The same question remains central: does this help the organization, and can people use it to move forward? Theory has value when it leads to a practical decision or improvement.
