The challenge determines the role.
An assignment begins with the situation: what is not working, what needs to change and who is responsible? We then define the role needed, whether temporary leadership, specialist support or oversight of a specific project.
The three service areas complement one another. An implementation may require both insurance expertise and project leadership. AI may support a workflow, but only when the outcome can be checked and works in practice.
An assignment model that fits.
Freelance, interim or project-based. On-site in the south of the Netherlands, hybrid throughout the Netherlands and remote for international organizations, subject to applicable local rules and any licensing requirements. Scope, responsibilities and expected outcomes are agreed clearly in advance.
